El Centenario and El Comitán sit west of La Paz, in Baja California Sur, Mexico, and they attract buyers for slightly different reasons. El Centenario is where you get a lot more space, and if you’re on the hillside you can have beautiful views of the city. El Comitán has more of a beach vibe, and it’s where buyers get the most bang for their buck.
