I'm out on the e-foil at Caimancito Beach in this one — which happens to be one of the best ways to understand why this stretch of La Paz coastline is worth paying attention to.
Caimancito is a natural beach just outside of Centro, calm and open on the Sea of Cortez, with a luxury condo right on the water. It's the kind of spot that surprises people who expect Baja beaches to be either too remote or too developed. Caimancito is neither — it's close to the city, beautiful, and quietly becoming one of the more sought-after addresses in La Paz.
Right behind Caimancito is Pedregal — La Paz's most exclusive gated community, with panoramic Sea of Cortez views and the city's top tennis and pickleball club on site.
